In South Florida, you can't mention buying or selling a home without three people at the table saying, "I'm a Realtor!" 🙋 It's practically our unofficial state sport.

So, with thousands of Realtors to choose from, why choose me?

Well, for starters, I'm a third-generation South Floridian. That doesn't automatically make me a better Realtor, but it does mean I know a thing or two about living here! I grew up with the New Yorkers and New Jersey folks (I call them my cousins 😊), the snowbirds, and people from just about everywhere who came for a visit and decided they never wanted to leave.

I get it. There's a lot to love about this place!

South Florida isn't just where I work. It's home. I've watched neighborhoods grow, communities change, and sleepy little beach towns become some of the most sought-after places to live. I know the back roads, the beaches, the neighborhoods, and the little things that don't always show up in a property listing. And if you're moving here from somewhere else, I'd love to help you get to know the Florida I know and love.

For those of you who already call South Florida home, you may know me through my years in real estate, mortgages, or community involvement. I've been in the mortgage business since 2001 and helping buyers and sellers with real estate since 2004. I've also spent years involved with our local Realtor associations and nonprofit organizations focused on housing, families, and the people who make our communities what they are.

Why does all that matter?

Because real estate isn't just about houses. It's about people, timing, money, neighborhoods, opportunities, and sometimes some pretty big life decisions. I've spent more than two decades helping people navigate all of it. I've seen markets go up, markets come down, lending rules change, and more than a few deals that needed a little creativity and a lot of persistence to get across the finish line.

That experience matters, especially when it's your money and your future on the line.
